For this campaign, we took people behind closed doors to reveal the quirky, honest ways they get ready. Instead of the celebrity and athlete tropes of the category, we cast real, interesting people to show that everyone’s welcome in our club. The storytelling extended from film to our vending machine experience and came to life with the first physical Club at Neighborhood Goods. The narrative continued across our DTC experience and our first unboxing update in years, creating a connected brand experience.
RESULTS The ad went viral and we expanded our retail presence to the NYC and Austin locations of Neighborhood Goods.
